The Houston County Sheriff’s Office and Macon Regional Crimestoppers introduced the Macon Regional Crimestoppers app at a joint press conference on June 11, 2026. Its family-violence reporting function gives victims, witnesses, and concerned community members another way to share information anonymously.
Sheriff Matt Moulton’s announcement emphasized expanding access to anonymous reporting and connecting community members with law enforcement. The press conference brought together participating law enforcement agencies and community organizations at the Sheriff’s Office in Warner Robins.
What the App Provides
The official app offers anonymous crime and family-violence tip reporting, follow-up on existing tips, wanted-person information, missing-person alerts, and community safety updates.
It serves Baldwin, Bibb, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach, and Twiggs counties. Macon Regional Crimestoppers credits the Peyton Anderson Foundation with funding the app.
For immediate danger or an emergency, call 911. Anonymous tip reporting is not a substitute for requesting an emergency response.
